Configure Firewall/Antivirus to Work with Reckon

Using Reckon only helped in improving the business accounting and enhances the performance of the one who is maintaining it. But sometimes, due to some software the Reckon doesn't perform well. Firewall and antivirus software can actually hamper the performance of the accounting software.

With the help of some settings, we can avoid such situations. All you are required to do is:
  1. Check the compatibility of Firewall and antivirus: It might be important to customize the settings in firewall or antivirus software to get the maximum out of its performance with Accounts Business. For more information go through the product documentation.
  2. You will be asked to allow components to get an access to the network if firewall is running while installing Accounts Business. For data communication it utilizes Internet Protocol TCP/IP in multi-user environments. You have to configure your software settings to permit it to communicate using TCP/IP if company's network is secured by a firewall.

Most of the applications let the user to configure them for particular program access.
